I am not buying the software.

As stated in Bookmap license agreement, the license cannot be transferred between clients

"CUSTOMER acknowledges that it may not sublicense, transfer, or assign the SOFTWARE, directly or indirectly, to any individual or entity for any reason..."


Any contract made on an illegal transaction is void. The seller at any stage can take back the software.
