I lived in South Korea for awhile...
Most people that committed crimes were South Koreans.
Also, as a kid I spent my summers in South Dakota...most criminals were White (German decent). I remember a neighbour said that you're 5x more likely to be murder or raped (if you're a women) by someone that is White (German decent) than any other ethnicity group.
Dark Sarcasm - If Trump (German decent) lived in South Dakota...he's 5x more likely to murder or rape my mother than any other ethnicity group when my family lived in South Dakota.
