You don't need a father and a mother. Hell, you don't even need a mother. Just send the kids off to some warehouse, i.e. public schools, and let them raise the little ones. They've been doing a great job so far. Of course teachers do need time off for strikes and protests, so the kids will just have to fend for themselves on those days.
