I got a job offer today to head up the agency desk for the BD I trade through. Salary plus .0010 per share executed. Mucho volume from funds trading on a DVP basis. The only caveat is I cannot actively trade for myself. Any thoughts appreciated.

Right now only about 4Mil. But the BD is taking roughly 2-3 new funds monthly.
 
maybe you better find out if they really have these large
fund orders. otherwise, they are probably looking for
some sales guy...

why not take it ? sounds well...
before you sign in, be informed about their trade error
policy. it may be they will decrease your salary and comp
in case of handling errors.
