Would you short QM now or wait till it's reached $86?

"Always remember that if you trade futures, do not talk about "holding" the contract. This is no such thing. You need to trade it, not to hold it..."

Do not even go there. Welcome to my journal.

I think you get really confused.

If you day-trade futures, you "hold" your positions during the day. You "trade" when you enter and exit your positions that you currently "hold".

If you swing trade, you "hold" your positions during the day and night. Again you "trade" when you enter and exit your positions.

I just do not know what is not clear to you....

What is clear to me is my journal, and how I "traded" and "held" contracts. *shrugs*. It's a terminology thing.

If you can't tell the difference of "hold" and "trade" positions, I wonder how you write your journals. :sneaky:

But good to know. And enjoy your journals...

Good luck with your holding and trading futures. A lot of risks here.

If you wish to know how I write my journal, then read it. Duh?

QM is about to create a triple top on the 1h, with a bearish diver on the 4h, correct me if I'm wrong; would you short this if it rejects off of the zone area?

Thanks a ton
Well, it was a good call, OP.

Yes it was...turned out to be a triple top with a false breakout...AHHHH, the beauty of hindsight analysis. Turns out you were right, so KUDOS.

Which is why I said Yes - go short, once the 1st one hour candle bearishly printed.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him ...... go short.

Hey not my money to win or lose either way.
