Watergate brought Nixon's job approval ratings into the 20's.Benghazi happened months ago,The IRS has admitted to targeting conservatives and Obama has said he makes no apologies for the AP wiretapping yet his approvals are the same as they were before these so called scandals and. It wont be all smooth thorough his second term and The Crazy House might try to impeach him at some point but the Senate will never have the two-thirds votes needed to throw him out of office.Obama's approval ratings will never get as low as Nixon's,Reagen's or Bush's and he will finish out his term and leave office with an approval rating higher then Bush.

Bush was responsible for big crimes against humanity, basically a war criminal. Most of the world hates George W. Bush and can't understand why the US ever elected him. Well.....evolution comes in fits and starts. We are still cleaning up after dubya. But he did help America. We realized that elections have consequences. Dubya helped get out the vote.
