My position on this has always been that since Rubin wouldn't touch the CEO slot with a 20 foot pole, citi must stink worse than a rotting fish. Hence the choice of Mr Pandit to be the fall guy as it all comes apart.
With that said, under $10 it starts to look purchasable. Under $5 I would get worried, but between the two seems buyable.
