I checked the opening of the "trades" window half a dozen times before that post.

Now after the midnight reset, IT DOES NOT FUCKING WORK.
 
Thats a pretty strange problem ... if you rename the jts directory to get rid of all your old stuff and create a new installation does it work then?

Gotta say, 886.5 worked just fine. LOL. Looks like they must have corrected a problem that was existing before. When I opened TWS, all the detached windows went to where I had them, on screen 4. Prior to this I was having to move them over there each time I opened TWS.

No problem at all with the "trades" window.

I think kiwi might be right...maybe you got a corrupted file. IB can tell you what to do on that.

Why don't you give them a phone call? Select the technical section when prompted. They don't bite.

I've never used chat.

As an amateur, I would guess you may have a corrupted file, because no one else appears to have the issue.
