Yes, they married. However, I'm not sure what happened after Billy blew out. I think that created some serious issues between the Bruans and Billy. Not sure if their marriage survived that.

i traded for him off and on for 4 years ......in an office on madison and 72nd....but i traded his money not the firms.....but i want to find out what he is doing now in asia.....m

Whoever would be carrying on like a dog in heat dying to do business with Walter Bruan after his true integrity has been witnessed by so many is surely a fool. No matter how many words of nonsense you post here the facts will not change. You are patienlty waiting for your money back....but Walter and the rest did not wait for theirs - it was long gone and safe from the fate that you suffer when it ended. They left the traders holding the bag.

Yeah they closed out his positions resulting in 2M+ loss, he would have been up on them 2 days later. he sued them, not sure how it ended, i'm sure he is not getting a cent back now

remember ......he started married puts.......and moc..s.....gave guys big overides........gave options to his traders in the firm itself......ask your present firm to do that for you......he defended his traders at no cost to them during serious investigations .....and he had faith in many many with no money up at all...........he paid everyone every 2 weeks like clockwork for years....does anyone get a check every two weeks now........and his door was always open .......i remember the guy for a long long time he would not be beaten on rates almost ever.......and he liked to be with us ..........its just too bad he was a little too agressive .......his costs were too big for the volume in 03....wall st is littered with firms with a similar story its nothing new...its the bis thats all..............m

Echo pays weekly. Hold brothers pays every 2 weeks I think. Walter had the highest cost on married puts on the street and made guys buy a 1000 at time even if they could only trade 300 shares at a time. Worldco rates were more then Andover, Carlin, and Echo plus for a while he had a ticket fee. Also Walter charged like a penny a share if you did a lot of volume in 02 plus he wanted you to leave 25k with him plus he wanted a % of payout.

BTW, Walter did not invent bullets (married puts). They were created by a former CBOE MM. Just thought I would clear the air on that.
