Oh yes, I knew Sloan. went out to dinner with her once. She was at one time very close to make the Olympic ski team. Interesting woman. Although now that I look back on it, pretty fake. LOL.

That's one thing that really boggles my mind. Who really did own WorldCo? And aren't those people supposed to be licensed? And, of course, how could Walter, who was so clearly in the forefront, not have to be licensed. It would seem one of the big problems in this industry is while all the potential good players are getting lost in the bureaucratic shuffle on issues that do not even have any power to protect traders -- we have some other firms who find every which way to loophole, or gray area, or just ignore without fear all these same regulations and get around them for years -- well, or at least until they declare bankruptcy.

I believe Walter lost his license and could not be registered with the NASD ever again.

Don't think he ever was licensed. Heard something about him shooting soemone with a BB gun when he was 15? Not that it would have disqualified him. What happened to AG? At one time, he was a stand-up guy. Unfortunately, he became a puppet like the rest. Sad. PM must be grinning from ear to ear.
