Truthfully, this is bad for the whole day trading industry...nobody should be happy about this because this same story will be used by some congressmen or regulator somewhere looking to make a name for himself and will use it to get stricter regulations put in place.......I can see where hedge funds and LLC's in general may get the big smack down next.
