We now have Bush, Buchanan, and CNN calling recent world events World War III.

Not to mention Newt too, and he is a historian, right? ( He got his PhD from Tulane in Modern European History. I guess he missed the World history part.) So 2 of the smallest countries rockets and shells each other and that is a World War.

I don't know the definition of WW, but I know one when I see it....

Yeah, I would say a big chunk of the World itself has to participate in it. WW2 became a truly WW only after America entered it.
