world stock exchange charting software

Is there any charting software that keeps track of the stock exchanges around the world in real time? Or even a website with all the exchanges on one page in real time? Doesn't have to be charts, but at least have the stock exchanges updated and streaming to the minute. I can only find this one and it has a 60 second delay. Looks like those charts are from Yahoo. You could pay them $15/month to get streaming data. I am not sure if that only covers NA markets.

Ps. The delay here i think is 15min, but the webpage update every 60 seconds.
