Workstation

I need a dual xeon workstation to run xtrader pro. Any reccomendations? If I was to build one what would be the fastest motherboard, memory, graphics card and memory? How would I cool it and keep the noise down as it is to go in my main room. thanks for any help.

i bought an ibm mpro dual xeon on ebay for under 1300. popped in some ati cards and now have a great sytem for much less than i could build it. all with a three year warranty
