Working overseas

Anyone have any ideas on where to look for jobs overseas? Paris, London, Sydney or other exotic locale. What types of companies would look for an American experienced in marketing and knowledgable in the American financial markets? Any? Not going to be picky on the type of job, just would like a change of scenery and an adventure. Thanks.

I am hearing that work permits in western Europe (and other desirable locales) are very hard to get nowadays due to the recession. Of course, you could always marry a local.

If you speak a foreign language, you might consider teaching or tutoring English.
