if it is that good with Sharpe >3 then you can scale on your own using higher leverage trading FX. Your edge won't last too long I guess when it is 100% systematic. You can be happy when you can trade it for 1 or 2 years live on your own. Hedge funds could shorten that lifetime span of your edge, so I would not consider that, as you need to disclose too much info to them. Just use a high leverage broker and make the most out of it yourself. Best way in my opinion.

When you say it does work on all, you should sharpen your strat, because on certain timeframes and symbols it works better than others. Using only the best here will make you more profits in the end.
Maybe you can also try China futures/options market
for
1, less quant traders crowded in China market.
2, there're several futures/options trading competitions every year, and if you perform good, money will chase you.
3, more and more China derivatives products are open to foreign traders, getting easier to access.
