OK, so just for the record you know a lot about trading and understand the markets and have a winning system that's great.

But you can't even make 5k a month trading.

So then wtf do you know about anything?

If that's all you can think of making and the only way you can think of trading income, the real question is, what do you know about trading?

Trading isn't a flat system folks, it is about thinking differently and finding new ways to:

1. Define your entries.

2. Manage your exits.

3. Manage risk while;

4. Deploying your assets

To create the returns that you want to achieve your success.

Woodie created his original system because he saw patterns which repeated in all markets, in all time-frames, by all units of measurement.

If you take away that concept alone and build on it you might be able to accomplish the first task.

Pattern recognition aka "feel" is a learned skill. That type of cognizance develops thru time & experience watching live market action AND mock trading backwards in time for endless hours. There are shortcuts to the natural learning curve, but it still remains a timeline curve.

Get good at that simple (but not easy) task, and +$5,000 per day or even per trade is no big deal.
 
Here's the thing about Woodie, he's a wily old trader with experience... ie: he knows how to trade... but he deludes himself into thinking his success is owed to the CCI, truth is he could trade off any indicator or no indicator at all... that's why 99% of his disciples fail, they dont have his experience and they dont know how to trade, the only guys making money off CCI are the ones like Woodie himself who could trade off any system

I think Woodie really wants to leave a legacy behind with his name on it, ie: the CCI method... and that has blinded him to the fact that CCI has almost nothing to do with the success or lack of success of it's users
 
Maybe this question has been answered already... I read the first page and then jumped to the last page. Is "Woodie's CCI" different from normal "CCI?" QuoteTracker has CCI and then it also has Woodie's CCI.

No difference. Only Woodies CCI has more logic, in a lot of software packages, to change colors based on systems rules. Some also have turbo line (6 periods).
