I can't remember who I was discussing this with in here. One of the lefties. In the conversation, I pointed out how a person with cancer who was fired because of their condition could sue on discrimination. Well, here's a perfect example.
I'm not sure of all the facts (the employer might have bad performance reviews or something on her) but the timing sure seems fishy. She's going to sue, and unless there is something else buried in the case, she should win big time.
