This POS brushed off the female schoolteacher's complaints as typical racism.
People have had it, not just with her, but with the whole idea that these congresspeople are entitled to special treatment. The airline should be investigated for giving her an unreported in kind contribution. There are stringent rules about such things as paying for dinners etc but an airline can just comp her a First class ticket, even if they have to boot a paying passenger? That has to be a violation of campaign finance rules.
I'm sure the airlines would all prefer it if they were prohibited from doing this kind of thing. They end up pissing off their customers to placate assholes like Lee.

Exactly!!!
And this happens over & over again with "privileged" DC politicians.
These are people who don't even have enough segments or miles typically to even qualify them for first tier lowly "Gold" frequent flyer status but still they get upgraded to first --- at the expense of others. Over and over again.
Here's a thing....people can, and often do pay for an upgraded seat.
Did Ms. Lee pay for the upgrade? Honest question from a taxpaying American. If not, an argument can be made she should report this as a campaign contribution, as should all of the other political slugs that receive this gift.
Do you actually think she paid for an upgraded seat out of her own pocket. If she pays for it with taxpayer money she is violating federal rules.
I don’t think she had ever paid a dime to be upgraded. Nor have other Senators and Congressional Reps who demand preferential treatment.
Next time you get the hook lets us know and do something about it instead of complain on a trading forum like a snowflake passive aggressive whiner..Also the highest paid lobbyists fly private.
