Live PD was a really good show, because it was live. (Cops was edited crap. But for 30 years, it was all we had on that front). I think they cancelled Live PD in the midst of the Floyd protests because of what they realized could have happened with them legally, based on something that had happened the previous year.

I watched this interview live, and my spidey sense says that yes, A&E execs realized that in the moment, having a potential Floyd neck killing live on the air would be bad for them. The truth comes out about 4 minutes in.
