I have no idea of what's happening in Russia... But I run a food/drink business in UK. And that 10% in the last 6 months, is closer to the monthly increase.

Before this mess, there was a price war among biggest supermarket, and that made food shopping in the UK relatively cheap for a long time.

Europe is determined to support Ukraine against Russia's invasion and will manage this coming winter just fine. I'm not sure that will be the case for Putin.

In the meantime, many businesses can't keep up with the energy costs and inflation, and the european economy is entering a serious recession, politics are turning far right as people are fed up with the liberal lies. From liers to nutters.
But yes, rich and wealthy will just be fine, they always are.

I think European who value democratic principles support their actions for Ukraine and are willing to share, even in a minute way, the struggles of Ukrainian against Russian dictatorship.

that's how these things always are...the top 25% wont notice much of a difference...because the cost of basics goods/services is very small in relation to net worth...the middle are always the ones getting fu**ed the hardest. Conditioned by government schools to be a wage slave, taxed/robbed by the state, struggle struggle struggle until they die of a heart attack at 64.
