The software, just like any other software product, goes through an update or upgrade process. Upgrade from version 6 to 7 for instance. We just upgraded Wizetrade last year and there are updates similar to what Microsoft sends out periodically. All software companies do it...
Our customers also input their ideas and we meet once a week to discuss the next update to the program or an addition to a process in the software based upon what our customers want.
