Witnesses for: Maestro / abogdan / Market Guidance / RTN / Magus Trading

He invited me to the office in Toronto (30 mins from my home) but I never went.

Too bad he was a nice guy and one of the more intelligent posters in ET imo.

Has anybody used or tried to use the Magus / Market Guidance Real Time Navigator software?

I think it was around and available for free download a year or so ago.

The interface looks like this - (scroll down a bit to 2004):

http://www.marketguidance.com/company_history.html

Considering you are going? post when you have filed the suit, what difference does it make if you give us a few details after all you state you are going to file and all will know soon enough.

You seem vague about when the software was available. Why?
Can you tell us if you indeed did try the software and were not satisfied with the results or is this a personal civil suit against Maestro.
Is the reason you are looking for other users of this software is to attempt to have them assist in your case. Otherwise what benefit does it serve if one has or has not used this system.
Why was it free, was it free only initially then a charge implied?

curious

Who's Chuck Cottle?

(I know he's been recently added to the website - but beyond that - who is he?)

And - no Market Guidance, Magus, etc did not invest any money for us. No sour grapes there.

This is pretty pure and simple.

The pending lawsuit is regarding Market Guidance.

I can't follow this one, when will you be able to provide ET with additional information?
ie. what is the difference between Market Guidance and Magus?
- Does you law suit have anything to do with trading?
Charles Cottle is an options expect who has written several books and has a website that offers free courses and information related to trading. Good site.
-are you a trader? if not ....how did you find out about our site?
If you did not lose any money"no sour grapes" what is your pending lawsuit about?
Answers Maestro please :D

Huh, just checked the officers page. There's a guy on there Ertel, I think I went to school and played hockey with his kid. I can't remember the name, maybe Terry or something like that.

And Weiland Ford, that's a Ford dealership in Kitchener. I remember that off of Block Line and Ottawa street. Right on the corner. There's a Tim Horton's beside it, and Concordia Club down the road.

Anyway, no real relevance to this discussion, just suprised at the "small world thing".

Very simple,

I feel you're outaline here and out'n left field. It's inappropriate ethically and morally IMO to come on ET prematurely with some veiled assertions regarding an ET member without being straight upfront about your agenda and goals. You have evaded and not been upfront about either.

If you've got the balls to bring a suit at least do it, then come back here. Then you've got the right. Then we'll respect where you're coming from. In the meantime, please no wish washy I may, if I do, innuendos etc without substance.

I was sure you went to see his office being in the same city. How could you pass up the opportunity to see a real trader in action especially with that setup he had?

When I was a lurker (should have never changed my status) I thought he genuinely tried to be of immense help to people here. I am trully sorry if he is in a bad predicament now.

Waterloo, there's a Tim Horton's beside EVERYTHING in Canada - that's why I plan to load up on that sucker when Wendy's spins part of it off later this month.

That was my plan too. My only concern is that their home market is saturated causing growth to slow.

Waterloo

Great City I love it there,

I was actually thinking of buying one of those cool newly renovated condo's in the old Seagrams warehouse.

As far as Tims goes check out Buffalo they are spring up there like weeds so load the boat.

What is your full name?

In which district are you filing your lawsuit, town, state, country?

Where can we reach your attorney?

You do realize this forum is not meant for soliciting witnesses for pending lawsuits.
