(I know he's been recently added to the website - but beyond that - who is he?)

And - no Market Guidance, Magus, etc did not invest any money for us. No sour grapes there.

This is pretty pure and simple.

The pending lawsuit is regarding Market Guidance.
 
I wish you and your Tabby luck in the pursuit of justice, but no real law suit gains any credibility trolling on a message board.
IMHO, you are actually opening yourself up for a countersuit.
