It appears to have been an email issue. The tokens appear to be showing up within seconds as they were previously. I probably wouldn't have cared much if I was able to actually get in touch with a customer service rep at IB in the first place. I tried the chat and calling in several times but after waiting for at least 1/2 hour, I finally gave up thinking that something was wrong here. I never needed to call or chat to an IB CS rep before last week so my first impression was disappointing to say the least!
