To answer to original question, NO.

14 years after the original thread started, you CANNOT trade the NQ, YM OR ES with a $2,000 account. You will get blown to smithereens. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
 
It is called thread necromancy and no, it is not needed. Let the dead be dead. There should be a time limit while threads still can be responded to. Maybe 3 years tops?

You can always start a NEW thread with RELEVANT info on a similar topic.
