Ok, I'm afraid of 75% of all blacks, for argument's sake. If the odds are 3 in 4 that I'm going to be afraid of a black man in a suit at a wedding, and 1 in 4 that I'm not going to be afraid of a young, black male in gang paraphernalia, knowing nothing else about either of them, then "yes", I'm probably a racist.

Have a look at the social wellbeing statistics for Switzerland, a country with the same proportion of diversity as our own (four national languages!), but less inequality.
