I'm looking to sign up for a wireless ISP (so I can connect with reasonably fast speed on my laptop anywhere I can get a signal) in the NY metro area. can anyone recommend a good ISP? Has anyone used Verizon?
I am using Verizon for some days, I am not in NY, I am far from antenas, inside my house, my cell phone just shows 1 bar for reception, the Verizon card still works OK. Is not a cable speed, but I think it is at least 300K.
Try verizonwireless. They have broadband access in NY metropolitan area and slower access almost everywhere.
Access is about 60$ per month for unlimited usage.
