Yeah I knew exactly what you were referring to lol.
I did look at the stock though after I read that and I couldn't find any fleas anywhere.
Tiny dividend is about the only thing, that and its not the first sector that one would look at going into a residential/commercial construction cool down.
Other than that... this thing was dirt cheap.
