Russia has won the right to help rebuild Syria. Wonder how much that will cost? They also won the right to keep the peace in a country where its people hate each other. Wonder how much that will cost?

Russia was already in Syria for a long time and now they have ISIS cleared out, they have a clean sweep. Turkey wants nukes now, Russia will help them and they are buddies anyway. And.. UAE and Saudi are worth a ton to them.

Turkey is energy lacking. Russia has had plans to build a nuclear reactor there since 2018, actually going back several years, may already be under construction, not sure. Japan has plans as well as China to build one there too.
