Windows Live OneCare

Anyone here use Windows Live OneCare? How is it? Does it hog up resources (ie bog down your PC)? I like the fact that it has AV and spyware all in one app.

Just looking for input on this.

I used to use Norton, then was a beta tester for One Care. It's not bad at all. They've recently updated it (under the hood kinda stuff), and it runs better. Overall, it's a good product.
