As noted one can opt-out of the Data sharing and privacy policy intrusions, I was OK with that, even though opt-in would be a preferable.Microsoft new privacy policy apparently states that your private data and folders are not really private any more and whatever is there they can store, share with whomever if they believe it is good thing to do unless you opt out from this.
What I didn't realize until I did some further research. Each time MSFT updates it reverts all privacy settings BACK to their intrusive defaults.
"It is pertinent to note that Microsoft will activate these setting every time you perform an update, so users should make it a habit to disable these features accordingly."
This should be a Deal Breaker for most business's. Personally putting updates on hold on all systems which contain data until a reliable method to confirm I remain opted out is found.
It is a shame, as my experience with windows 10 was positive.
As Volpunter put it. If your private data doesn't remain private what's the point of having a computer? What an eye opener...
