There was a time when IBD would have moved the current outlook to "market in correction" well before today. Nine distribution days on this bull market's leading index, and we're stuck in "uptrend under pressure?"

I would guess that market corrections aren't good for subscription sales?

IBD 50 dma is quite helpful , + i use more than that;
even though any IBD info can be helpful.
So i include, but not limit to50dma/200dma.
ONE whole year with [STA]Stock Traders Almanac[by Hirsch] was in honor of WO'N[William O' Neil]:caution::caution:

When a stock slices its 50 day, I'm out. Many times I've gotten right back in the next day. But many other times its saved me from giving back huge gains.

FWIW, IBD finally caved woith the rest of the market and called it what we've known it to be for at least a week:

THEY like a 200dma also/ good ;
+ 40 week moving average\ which i dont use.
IF its on their charts i may look @ it LOL............................................................
