Will you teach your children to trade?

Not so long ago the father would teach his children his craft.

I have a 4 year old son and a two year old daughter. When they are old enough to begin understanding earning money, I will begin to teach them my "craft". My craft is so simple they can already do the entry. :)

But I want them to have something they can use to make a living without having to venture into the world of "depending on your team" to get things done. I will not force them to trade for a living, but I will certainly encourage them to consider it.

Has anyone here done the same or considers doing the same?

Of course, the first lesson I will teach them is...

Say the wife is an investor, and the husband is a trader?

Perhaps both parents can become involved...a real family business.
