Amazingly, you've managed to twist the facts around YET AGAIN. You're really good at this--you should be in advertising!

The overall numbers of anybody who suffers through losses aren't gonna be pretty, but that's not to say that they didn't have any success during the period in question. Maybe this is too abstract a concept for somebody with a pea sized intellect?

Take a look at my numbers post-bubble (2002-2005) and try to tell me I wasn't successful. You can't. Or maybe you can can somehow turn positive annual returns into negative ones? That I'd like to see.

Amazingly, you've managed to twist the facts around YET AGAIN. You're really good at this--you should be in advertising!

Wow, your first paragraph was a retort to the rest of your own post...you are a sage of stupidity. Good job, maybe your book will explain how you trade in all your supposed knowledge for a worthless lot of illiquid pink sheet sheet shares and the title to the microcap world's more egomaniacal moron? Does your book explain that one? :p

You gonna invite us to one of your roof top parties? Come on bro...I'd definitely fly in for that!

PS: I'll buy the book anyway, but what the hell would love to meet ya.

:D

I am gonna have a huge party for the book's release, stay tuned...

Quote from SiSePuede!:

Line them up and teach them how to lose money once their luck wears out...can't wait! :D

Don't forget to teach them how to get tips about their roomate's father's companies so they too can invest $600k in illiquid pink sheets. That will be the apex of their careers that leads them to sell trading systems and writing blogs. :p

Yet again, for those with pea sized intellects (not naming any names, but you'll know who you are when you force me to repeat these two points again within a few days):

1. There are lessons in your losses, and these are even more important than the lessons from your gains.

2. It takes a very sick person to rejoice at others' losses. I hope you don't believe in karma or else you're really screwed.

1. Nobody posting here at ET ever makes a loss on a trade they make. Every single day is an up day for all posters here. The cream of the crop posting here has a Win Ratio of 100% and if you ever get caught with anything less they will grill you alive. The only thing they post about is winning trades. If you're honest about making a mistake or they find out you lost money it only gets worse.
2. ET is all about Schadenfreude. Compassion or even moral support for somebody going through a rough time = Zero.

No.

Finance books are a waste of money. The only education you need are losses.

I wish the author best of luck selling his wares though.

1. Lessons are not the same as the ability or right to teach. By your logic, homeless people should exploit market "inefficiencies" and become best selling authors. :p

2. I rejoice at your losses. I'm not sick at all...it's called survival of the fittest and you being too dumb to know not to buy illiquid pink sheets because of a "tip" are clearly not the fittest and barely even register a reading on the intelligence chart. Your fund is a joke.

Karma? Gloating about harassing someone until they move out is a nice thing? You have no right whatsoever to try and tell someone about karma you idiot. You've really got the mind of a pigeon. :p

1. That's not true and I've admitted to having huge drawdowns. Others have as well. Not sure how you miss that, there are a ton of threads by folks who have lost repeatedly and discuss their losses.

2. Once again that's patently untrue. There are plenty to offer a ton of advice to try and help those through a rough patch.

Are you just attempting to kiss ass or are you seriously blind enough to have never seen these posts?!

Timmay, you're going to do your damnest to keep this thread going, right ? And you will continue to post during quiet periods to keep this thread on the forefront, right ?

According to the poll (1=Hello yes, 4= Hell no), your score is 2.82, and thats w/o removing all the times you and tuderjones voted.

Do you consider this a positive poll for you ?

thanks for the reminder- I actually forgot to vote Hell No and went right to posting....hang on.

Something quite unusual about this poll. Since tuderjones exited stage left in a heap of shame, the poll has gotten progressively worse for timmay. Statistical analysis suggests TJ voted at least 10-15 times.

I'd definitely like to keep this thread going, but I only post when I feel the need to respond to some BS accusation, thank one of my fans, or post a new review.

I'm pretty happy with this poll because my newsletter sign ups are now at all-time highs and the people that vote "hell no" will likely be swayed by curiousity by the continuing good reviews (fingers crossed!) as now EVERYBODY, (except Dealbreaker.com (who's only read the first chapter) likes this book, whether for entertainment or educational purposes.

Speaking of which, here is a quick note from The Kirk Report:

If I didn't know the truth and was subject to your fact-twisting posts, I'd probly vote no, too!

It is interesting though that as far as I can tell ET doesn't allow you to vote more than once (at least other than the moderator (hint-hint))--so maybe this poll is pretty accurate. Its just speculative anyway, let's see how it changes over the next few months.
