will you buy a clothing retailer with a P/E of 124?

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation

I never heard of a P/E of 124 in the retail sector. I would shock if this were in the technology sector. Because by comparison, Amazon who sells the VERY SAME clothing as Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation

their P/E is only is 66.61

so it looks like some program trading forgot to kill the buy button, what do you guys think?
