Somebody is doing a ton of Dec18 33/38 Call spreads.

The spread is also interesting because it would have to hit $35 before time decay starts working in his favor.

It is my belief that the person who initiated the spread is long. I don't think a person who can trade this size would be doing long term verticals for the "juice".

imho the stock has 30-40%upside potential until eoy and say what 10% downside risk

I think there is a considerable downside if they don't get bought out.

If the economic party is over, this stock will be scraping the bottom just like all those post-2000 internet stocks.

The company does not have the cash flow to support continued operation. Issuing more stock via secondary offering is almost an impossibility.

Twitter is literally being financed by it's employees through their own stock compensation plan.
