Will Trump run again in 2020?

I think he will.I certainly hope he will.

Predictions of a Blue Wave in the upcoming midterm elections fueled by opposition to President Donald Trump may not be considering the president’s popularity with his base and the enthusiasm of Republican voters, according to a new poll by Rasmussen Reports.

On June 7, 2018, Trump had a 49 percent approval rating compared to Barack Obama, who had a 46 percent approval rating on June 7, 2010.

The poll also found GOP voters more enthusiastic than Democrats and independents about casting a vote in November and found voters overall more enthusiastic about getting to the ballot box than in the last midterm.

Rasmussen reported:

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 70% of Likely Republican Voters say they are more likely to vote this year than they have been in past election years. That compares to 64% of Democrats and 51% of voters not affiliated with either major political party.

Among all Likely Voters, 62 percent say they are more likely to vote this year. Only six percent say they are less likely to do so, while 30% say they are just as likely to vote this November as in any other year.

By comparison, in July 2014, 57% said they were more likely to vote that November compared to past elections. Enthusiasm was higher two years ago during the presidential campaign, with 67% who said they were more likely to vote.

The poll also found Trump supporters more likely to vote than those who oppose the president and his policies.

Some 73% of voters who strongly approve of Trump’s job performance are more likely to vote, with 65% of voters who strongly disapprove of the job the president is doing likely tovote.

When it comes to shaping the national political narrative, voters now believe that President Trump sets the agenda inside the Beltway, with the national media coming in at a distant second.

The survey was taken of 1,000 likely voters on June 5-6, 2018. The margin of sampling error is plus or minus three percentage points.

You can keep it.They would easily get the 80,000 they didn't get last time, even though they wont need it with all the support Trump has lost.
Gotta bring at least 81,000 more illegals in...they need to move to a few different states rather than sucking the life out of NY and CA.

Nope, just have to get the ones we have out to vote, which they have been doing since 2016.

On June 7, 2018, Trump had a 49 percent approval rating

The only poll to have him that high.Aggregate polls have him at 42.

Gallup has him at 41,IBB/Tipp has him at 36,Reuters/Ipsos has him at 40, Economist/YouGov has him at 42 and Quinnipiac has him at 40

Trump continues to be the only President to never have a 51% approval rating in Gallup or aggregate polling since polling began in the 1930's.

AP FACT CHECK: Trump cites questionable job approval rating

President Donald Trump is pointing to a 50 percent job approval rating that may not fully comport with reality.

TRUMP: "Thank you to Rasmussen for the honest polling. Just hit 50 percent, which is higher than Cheatin' Obama at the same time in his Administration." — tweet Tuesday.

THE FACTS: Trump cites an approval rating that doesn't jibe with other polls.

The daily tracking poll from Rasmussen Reports released Monday finds half of likely voters said they approve of Trump's performance in office. That's 4 points higher than what President Barack Obama scored on the same poll on April 2, 2010.

But Rasmussen stands alone among frequent pollsters in finding such a high rating for Trump, and its findings are often seen as less reliable because of the automated calling method it uses. It's against federal law to have computers dial cellphones, so a big chunk of U.S. adults who don't have landline phones — many of them young people — cannot be reached using the survey's phone interviews.

Rasmussen says that to reach adults who do not have landline phones, about 20 percent of its interviews are conducted using an online panel. More than half of American adults do not have a landline phone, according to the most recent estimate from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Rasmussen did not provide more information about how the panel it uses is recruited.

In contrast, a Gallup poll finds that based on a weekly average, Trump had an approval rating of 39 percent as of Sunday. That figure is lower than Obama's rating of 49 percent during the comparable time period, according to Gallup.

A new poll last week by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research found Trump's approval rate to be 42 percent, in the ballpark of Gallup's.

Neither the AP nor Gallup uses automated phone calls to tally its results.

Maybe he can't be indicted while he is President, and maybe he can't pardon himself, but I don't think there is any law that says you can't run for President while an inmate in a Federal Prison. So I say yes. He will run again in 2020, and his cell mate Manafort will chair his campaign again.

You should be embarrassed to post this kind of nonsense without a disclaimer. The statements made violate one known fact after another.

Indicted for what? Oh that's right. Indicted for winning an election that Hillary was supposed to win. Got it.
