Will Trump concede before the 17th?

No, as long as there are outstanding ballots and lawsuits still pending before the lower courts, I do not see him conceding. Why should he? Lots of serious issues of fraud needs to be dealt with by the courts including, the US Supreme Court where it probably, will end up in the end. And if he ends up winning, why should he concede?
Al Gore went all the way up to the US Supreme Court and nobody from the Democrat Party pressured him to concede. In fact, Democrats supported him from beginning to end. Contrast that with RINO liberals who are all calling on President Donald Trump to concede and not even backing his calls for investigations on the so called software glitch, recounts, serious allegations of fraud. Like I told the RINOs, when it comes your time to run and if you suffer the fate of election fraud, do not come to us for support. Just as you abandoned President Donald Trump, we shall abandon you in turn.

I hope he never concedes to ensure he'll go down as one of the worst sore losers in United States U.S. Presidential election history.
Yet, I doubt Trump's photo will ever be put on milk cartoons (disappearance).
He needs to stay in the public and keep up the fraud conspiracy theories to raise more money for his pending legal defense after he leaves (fired) from the Oval office.
My bet of $5 dollars is that Melanie divorces Donald by year end. I'll bet another $5 that she remarries within 5 years...gotta stay with the number 5.

Trump is setting things up for the next Presidential Election in 2024.
One in which election fraud will not prevent him from winning like this one has in 2020.
