will tivo soar again???

i was right about tivo winning the first suit against echostar. and the price climbed about $2 b4 the news even came out. friday echostar got the court to appeal the decision and tivo dropped $2 in 2 mins. again b4 the news broke. today i knew that the stock was over sold and was bound to climb.

my question is if tivo wins the appeal will the stock price jump back up $6 to it's pre appeal price?

and

how much upside is left for tivo prior to the court date?

tivo is still dropping. this thing may just hit bottom.
if tivo loses this appeal they have nothing left.
their subs are down year over year and i keep getting studies that say tivo dsnt enhance advertising effectiveness.

i'm pretty sure they're going to win this appeal. everything depends on it. I just hope the price climbs back up to $16 again.
