Will they please stop publishing great books!

This book is hopefully the first of more attempts at making real mathematics accessible to grandmothers. I am serious. I think I could have done a better job, but that is like the fan booing at the athlete. My problem with it is that it just describes real mathematical thinking, but it doesn't actually show how to use their power to solve problems, or why the tools are invaluable to begin with. In cooking, everyone knows why you need a knife, or a cheese shredder, or a laddle, or a strainer, etc etc etc. These are indispensable when cooking. Why is Category Theory needed? How do the imaginary numbers lead to Analytic Continuation which in turn helps solve the Reimann Hypotheses? The answers are incredibly beautiful and interesting, but all we get are the strainer, the knife, etc, not the souffle.

Version 2.0 will be greatly improved.
