I am fascinated by the subject. I claim that a huge component of genius is the ability to focus on levels that are superhuman. I found this book to be interesting on many levels.

Focused attention might even be the definition of conciousness itself. Serial correlation of thinking depends on it.

This is simply the best book I have read on the subject (popularization), and it is an instant classic. For the first time, I think we are getting closer to understanding (operationaly) what conciousness is.
