Will they please stop publishing great books!

exactly my experience during last months. my horizon
has widened dramtically. but most recently i felt like
i am heading back to the feet of my guru so to speak.
in the end ... many new shapes but nothing genuinly
new under the sun ...

Can we start posting covers so we don't have to click the links? Makes the thread more interesting. Example:

I just bought these books:

The problem with book covers is that they take up lots of bandwidth and disk space.

I wonder if what the dog whisperer says actually works, and is healthy for the dog. These people that want to turn their dog into a machine that doesn't annoy them are a little scarry to me.

I went to training class with my dog and I thought it was really intense. For example, they wanted the dog not to walk in front of me or behind me and to be at a certain distance always. I gave up after feeling it was too hard on my pooch (and me. I have a JRT, and they said that it was especially critical that I train my dog).

On the other hand, I can't let my dog off the leash because he does what he wants, and the odds of that being what I want are almost zero (squirrels, other dogs, and every blade of grass in exsistance take precendence). I envy people that go for a walk, can take a dog off their leash and the dog does the right thing from your perspective.

I just spent another $100 on books.

I am going to go broke if they keep publishing books I want to read

if the books make you broke you're wasting your money

it's that simple

Picked these up this w/e:

Inside the Investor's Brain: The Power of Mind Over Money (Wiley Trading) (Hardcover)
by Richard L. Peterson (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/Inside-Invest...6311643?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1188922783&sr=8-1

and

Competition: The Birth of a New Science (Hardcover)
by James Case (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/Competition-B...6311643?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1188922915&sr=1-1

The Peterson book looked really interesting. I will probably read it first. The Case book is stuff I already know inside out, but it still makes for interesting reading.
