Will they have Michael over for cocktails?

After the Cheneys settle into their seaside digs in the Gulf next year, you think they will invite Michael Jackson over for cocktails? I have to get my celebrity scoop from ET b/c I only watch Fox and read the WSJ, and I'm certain Rupert isn't about to start a society page for doings in the Persian Gulf. That's a shame because that's where the "in" crowd is headed.

I believe they will, though I may be in the minority. The affinities are too great. Dick and Michael are both rich, disgraced Americans needing space from public ire. So they commiserate. Each proudly has dirty secrets. Both make lotsa money from prior work, Michael in royalties, Dick his deferred commissions for Iraq and oil. The main difference probably will be that Dick becomes richer than Michael. I'm guessing he pulls down nine figures, USD, within two years of leaving D.C. And he'll let that payday be publicized, sorta as a big F.U. to those he screwed. Those he screwed = us.
