Will the market break up or down from this pennant formation?

Why not A/D is not falling can you tell me a reason why I want a short bias. Right now I have both bias but am leaning to long for the A/D abd low volume setoffs. If I rember correct the market in 2000 had a up trend with a A/D line tanking. specialists pulling there bids for a reason. And I was a sheep still buying. Lesson the market tells you more then you want and the trend tells a different story.
 
All you need to know is gold is getting weaker bonds selling off the dollar going up and equity rising. What that means is the country ability to pay off our deficit is getting better. The dollar rising increases our export prices and more tax dollar will be generated to lower our debt. It is like an avalanche effect it feeds on it self. Now the up volume is telling the same story.
