I don't believe that Bill and Hillary were swingers in their younger days. There is no evidence of this.

The only clear information we have is that Bill constantly propositions (even after leaving office) and molests young women.

It is common knowledge (to insiders) that the Hillary's theme song throughout her life is "Cold as Ice".
