not exactly accurate, algorithms are not patentable, neither are trade systems :D

i've read your earlier comments re my course, i'm glad it has helped you become more consistent in your trading

As Sushi correctly pointed out, the parameters have been generated randomly, and, I may add, they are by far not the best ones.
