Elizabeth Warren and her cronies have been using racism to limit the number of certain people of color from higher learning institutions such as Harvard. It is unconstitutional and hopefully gets overturned by the court.

In 2022, it is hard to believe that the party of slavery, the part of klan, and the party of Jim Crow are still pushing institutionalized racism.

The conservative Supreme Court will meet Monday to consider whether colleges and universities can continue to take race into consideration as a factor in admissions, a case that could diminish the number of Black and Hispanic students in higher education.

Hanging in the balance is the future of admissions plans at hundreds of schools that have relied on court precedent for decades in order to achieve the educational benefits they say flow from student body diversity on campus.

Also what proof is there that by taking race into account among many factors that it limits the number of a certain people of color from Harvard? Only 3% of applicants to Harvard get in so only a certain number of people can get in no matter their background or gender right?

Why should SAT scores be equal across any group?

here are some facts to steer you away from clarence thomas like opinions.

Harvard applicants: 54% submitted SAT scores 31% submitted ACT scores.

Harvard stated that SAT/ACT scores are considered if submitted BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Harvard states that it considers:

Rigor of course load
GPA
Test Scores
Essay
Recommendations
Interview
Extracurriculars
Talents
Alumni
Geographic residency
Work Experience


So lets say you have a kid with a 1550 SAT and 4.0 GPA in regular classes but has no extra curricular activites, played no sports, had a decent essay and did not do an interview.

Are you saying that Harvard must accept him over a kid with a 31 ACT with a 4.0 GPA in mostly AP and Honors classes who was in orchestra, volunteered through high school and had a really good essay and recommendations?

Notice I never mentioned race because there are so many factors that play a huge role without even bringing in race but I guarantee you that 1550 SAT 4.3 GPA kid will whine and sue for not getting into Harvard becuase he was raised in a bitchy household that thinks just because my SAT is 1550 Harvard should be begging me to go to that school.

Schools dont want academic robots with blank resumes and nothing more to offer than an SAT or ACT.

There is a reason Harvard has a RANGE OF SAT AND ACT SCORES. that is because they are one of like 15 factors and someone with a great academic record or achieved some amazing talent will be considered despite being a poor standardized test taker because they have demonstrated they will be able to thrive in a tough academic environment.

You think SAT scores is the sole determination in admissions to harvard? or any school for that matter? You forgot about ACT also.

Univeristies are getting sued by a conservative group who filed a whiny ass complaint..... did you read the story before you commented???

The suit is being brought by Students For Fair Admissions... they have a website where pussies can fill out a form if they were rejected from a college or university and fill out their test scores and GPAs.......and CLAIM...oh I am ENTITLED to UNC but was rejected because I am white or asian...

Harvard....UNC.....UVA.....Michigan.... they all have said repeatedly your SAT scores/ACT scores alone are not a factor and neither is GPA. They will take a 3.5 from someone in AP/Honors over a 4.0 from someone who did not challenge themselves at all and took easier classes. That is why schools did away with class rankings.

Most elite academic and military schools have as part of their entry requirements a lot more than just SAT/ACT scores in the college admission application for their schools.

Guys...quotas were banned by the SC and schools do not use quotas.... both schools have said race is one of many determining factor and there are no quotas.
