its unfair to can sears because of their auto shop rip off...wvwery chain auto shop whether its pepboys,walmart,jiffylube is under quotas to sell you bogus repairs/services whether needed or not.
I like sears because its not a stupid box store experience with dumbass zit faced associates trying to sell you a 100$ warranty on a 2$ item.
Also their return policy is no hassle money back unlike all the box stores that charge15% !
Was at the mall today and I can tell you Macys was packed, packed, packed. Went to Sears after that, there were hardly any people there, the lines had on average 3-5 people on them.
Sears will file Chapter 11 sometime in the next 12-24 months....
