Like jem, I don't know what you mean by that statement. A tort is a civil action about a perceived civil wrong.

If I drag your ass to church every Sunday against your will you might bring a tort action against me. :D

Pretending homosexual marriage is equivalent to hetero marriage is going to wreak havoc on family law.
